Sydney & Salt is an all-day brunch and wine bistro located in Marine City, Haeundae, Busan.
Inspired by the relaxed dining culture of Australia and the thoughtful craftsmanship of Korea, the restaurant moves naturally from brunch during the day to food and wine in the evening.
The aim of the project was not to create a superficial fusion of two cultures. Instead, we sought to identify the values they share and translate them into one coherent brand language across food, space, service, and visual identity.
At the center of the brand is its defining statement:

Just as a pinch of salt brings clarity and balance to a dish, Sydney & Salt believes that subtle decisions and thoughtful details shape the quality of the entire experience.
